Werner Nieuwoudt regularly contributes to Passi magazine and was trained at Belvoirpark Hotelfachschule. Guiding even the most culinary-challenged to exotic greatness, the classes are ideal for novice chefs of any skill level, and also offer much more. He has the ability to put any nervous novice at ease, and master what life is all about - delicious food!
